Orders for product and garments will ONLY be accepted via website.
Before ordering please ensure you are ordering the correct size of garment.
All items will be shipped within 48/72 hours of order being processed.
An email will be sent to you once the order has been placed and confirmed.
An email will be sent to you once order has been picked and dispatched. Within this email you will receive and consignment number – allowing you to track parcel if required.
All orders once received need to be checked against the delivery note sent with order, and any mistakes notified within 3 working days.
All orders will come with a packing note. The contents of the delivery need to be checked against the delivery note by the person opening the package. Any mistakes / issues need to be emailed to: Milwaukee@xcelbespoke.co.uk
Any discrepancies notified after 3 days will not be recognised.
Returns due to size will be accepted if the garment has not been used.
Any returns required please email Milwaukee@xcelbespoke.co.uk detailing order number and items you want to return.
